Utterly unprofessional management, never ever stick to there words, they try to trap you so that later they can blam you and fire you, example I had my own, the management made me to reply to an approval email from client (actually the management has to give any approval email), they ask you to give approval in email so that later if there is escalation the management can blame you that you have given approval without there notice, though they will be marked in cc The management has some favorite kids(employee), very unfortunate that the management take there suggestion to fire or retain other employee, they dont consider employee performance moreover these favorite kids will get hike before completion of 1 year, while others even they complete 1 year there will be no hike and management give reason of market situation Management see female employees with different (bad) sight, they make female emloyee sit in his cabin for long time on pretext of discussion, actual inside cabin there will be personal talks with female employees, they call female employee to cabin every half an hour They comment on looks of female emloyee when comes in traditional(saree) wear cannot say beyond on this dirty management ethic Think before you join if you are dedicated person at work, dedication is not required, backbiting, unethical work culture, gossiping are primarily skills required to stay in office Moreover all the resent reviews posted are made by current employee, the management had forced them to write positive review in front of them, if you observe all reviews are more or like same
