Supervisier/ upper manager bullying Favoritism You cannot think for yourself No clear guidance among all units ever manger has their own expectations Some unit managers “overlook” the errors on their fave auditors Mental cruelty and undue stress Unrealistic expectations Discrimination Union will do NOTHING no matter how many grievances filed Retaliation from upper management when we would receive our union raises Outdated processes and they do not utilize technology After 10+ yrs you have no real world exposure to technology
