Employee privacy and safety not considered significant per IDES. Employee name, salary, work phone number, and work location is provided for public knowledge which is bad for anyone working for IDES in the event a claimant or any other person(s) of mal-intent is looking for someone in particular that works for IDES to either harass or physically threaten/attack. An investigation should be conducted to see if there are violations of any federal privacy acts/statutes. Medical and dental benefits are substandard. It's all about who you know, your ability and willingness to "play-the-game" and how well you brown-nose in order to get the six-figure pay to do absolutely nothing but be puppet for the legislators in Springfield, IL.
