Stable position but heavy micromanagement and poor treatment - EMPLOYMENT SECURITY PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE IDES Employee Review

IDES frequently micromanages EVERYTHING. Field Office Supervisors (FOS) are appointed without an interview based on seniority. Expect to be cussed out multiple times a day/per week by people, although we are allowed to immediately end the interaction in these situations. We were also instructed (IN WRITING BY MANAGEMENT) to work off the clock, which is wild considering what IDES handles.
