I worked with some talented, and dedicated professionals to try and tackle really hard, systemic challenges affecting the poor and vulnerable. Connection to IDEO.com
Cons
The organization doesn't have a compelling vision or plan for the future, and isn't creating anything actually impactful, or of any real substance. Leadership is poor, and there has been like 80% turnover in the past year or two.
