      Great company, willing to trust expertise and grant lots of autonomy, with lots of support for growth and development, and the subject matter of projects is always interesting.

      Cons

      Niche subject matter and field of offerings for tech engagements where clients insist on doing most UX/UI work themselves means very little opportunity for meaningful design work

      Pros

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
