      Transparency is missing, complex hierarchy , as new in organisation it is very tough to break in existing bureaucracy, for technical people some time life seem impossible tough

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
