      Above average benefits, work-life balance, work pressure is not high, nice perks

      Cons

      It is good if you are in a good team, some teams is mismanage and only look upward and do not understand his team. It is good for the company but not with the team. Career growth is very rare.

      Pros

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
