      Great Place to start your career with but further growth depends on variety of circumstances beyond employee's control. There are tremendous opportunities to learn and grow your knowledge base. There is also sufficient focus on employee training modules to develop behavioral aspects.

      Cons

      Compared to market standards they are average paymasters. Work-life balance in the technical teams is next to nil and growth path and opportunities are strictly dependent on your line manager.
