Salary is on time. A very good company if you are old friend of your boss and you are excellent in buttering.
Cons
-No growth. -A lots of humiliation if you are good in work because the boss doesn't know the "W" Of work. -Harrasment policies are just on paper only. -Boss decides who the employees will speak to. What to speak and what not to speak. -Salary increase and promotion are based on who is the favorite one and who is old friend. -Boss ask for personal favour like money, food. -Higher management don't know who is working and who is not. -interview is not cleared based on skills, only if the Refferal is from the boss because of the refferal money. -Boss may ask you to do any kind of personal favour. -many employees already left complaining but management is ok with unprofessional atmosphere. -So on....
