Thank you very much for your comments. As we continue hiring the office will feel less like a start up and we are looking forward to its growth.

Pros

European work-life balance, small US office means room for advancement, positive interaction with executives, travel to Belgium headquarters, best in class biostats team, new office next year!

Cons

Still establishing US brand presence, changes are slow, no life insurance.

Indeed we are really looking forward to moving to our new office on 1 March. This is part of our strategy to establish our US brand presence. We are open to suggestions from our employees regarding improvements that we can make - don't hesitate to come to Senior Management to make suggestions. Update from 2021 - IDDI has been in the new office since 2018 and also offers life insurance.

Pros

Solid core of true SMEs within statistics and clinical data. Has a good history and academic pedigree to back its mission up.

Cons

Has taken a hard downward turn from an employee retention perspective. Long term employees let go over last year as well as some choosing to leave. New leadership seems distant. Those moving in are either past colleagues or actual family members which doesn't paint a picture of integrity.
