      Pros

      Good managerial support. Talented team members. Good place to learn and sharpen skills. Work from home option is also available. HR has always been helpful. Lots of learning opportunities and skill development opportunities though in-house training's.

      Cons

      None in workplace. But commuting to office is a problem due to metro work. This should get solved once metro work is over.
