      Pros

      If you are an analyst and want to gain solid experience in the ICT sector IDC is a great place to spend some time. Although they don't pay well, you learn a lot, and have access to some of the best analysts in the world. If you are not an analyst, I see little reason to work for IDC

      Cons

      Too much pressure to do things outside of the skill set you were employed for. No training. Poor admin support and systems
