      Pros

      There are a few good people there. A few.

      Cons

      A complete exploitation of the NHS. Humiliation if you don't fit the mould and aren't part of the in-crowd. Narcissism is a massive problem here. Not surprised at all that they are outsourcing to squeeze a bit more coin. Truly awful place to work, don't do it to yourself.

      Pros

      Dealing with the majority of the companies that purchased and required oxygen delivery from us was an absolute treat, the pleasantness of each encounter when I would arrive to install a new full tank and remove the empty one made the days and intense labor seem much easier.

      Cons

      Dealing with the owner's erratic and irrational thoughts about what was going on out in the field and how he felt the job was supposed to be done at a much faster pace. Despite the size of the order or the weight of the tanks, he gave unrealistic times for completing each delivery. He would accuse the drivers of deliberately going slow in order to make more money, which was unbelievable and untrue.
