9yHi there - I'm sorry I didn't respond to your review sooner.
I hope that you've seen an improvement in how the business is working together and I can honestly say that I believe a number of really positive steps were taken during 2016 which should have changed your feelings.
We really want to hear feedback either direct from you or via your employee representative if that would be easier. Your opinion is important and I'd like to know if you think we're tracking in the right direction.
