Pros
Great benefits, lots of training opportunities, promotion from within, and no day is ever exactly like the day before. It's a fast paced environment if you like that in a job.
Cons
Very numbers driven to the point where they over work their staff. At the time is seemed like they were so intent on keeping their staffing overhead low, that they sometimes had unreasonable expectations for task completion.
