      Getting to help people that need your expertise.

      Cons

      I could write a novel. The reality is, if you're considering joining their team, google the past agents and talk to them. People that have been or are currently a part of their team either employee, contractor, etc are scared to discuss anything because they will be threatened while there and after they leave.

      Flexible hours for agents Coworkers are really nice

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Did not terminate my current contract- which is affecting my current job Very pushy to meet sales goals Was told my 401K would start after 3 months and it did not start until 9 months. Changed my job description 3 times in 6 months - with decreasing pay Management was toxic There is a 2 year non-compete
