Nothing. Worst company , no work-life balance

The overall management and work culture were not supportive. Only 12 paid leaves per year and 10 government holidays, which felt insufficient. Alternate Saturdays are working, leading to poor work–life balance. Salary growth was minimal — started at ₹20,000, and after two years it increased only to ₹22,000. Sick leaves were unpaid, and even minor late arrivals (e.g., 1 minute) resulted in a half-day deduction. No PF provided, which is a major concern for long-term financial security. From what I observed, some employees faced background verification issues, particularly regarding Form 16, 26AS, and bank statements, which did not appear accurate. Not an ideal environment for freshers, as policies and processes felt unclear and inconsistent.
