      There is a great atmosphere, every employee feels valued, every employees ideas are listened to. ICS is a forward thinking organisation, I really enjoy my job and look forward to going to work, a rare bonus.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any. I have no issues or complaints. This is such a great company to work for.
