Pros

The work from home was a nice feature. Training didn't take too long, which was nice.

Cons

Call volume and pay don't match. I felt like "I don't get paid enough for this crap" a lot due to the angry callers. Probably should have checked the google reviews before I started.

Inter-office communication is really open and honest. They hold some pretty awesome holiday parties as well.

none that I can think of.

Pay isn't there. Starting 15-18 hour.
