      I recently joined this ICRI as an intern and the interview process was pretty good. The manager was crystal clear about what she was expecting from me. Also, the onboarding process was quick.

      Pros

      I am a working mom now. I delivered my child a few months back. Thanks to the management of ICRI because I got a lot of support. I was provided with 3 months of maternity leave. And after this, they asked me to continue my job but this time from home. I am still working from home and I used to go office once in a while. I am pretty sure that if I am in some other company, I will be jobless today. ICRI is an organization that values its employees.
