      Pros

      Really nice staff. Everyone is very professional and person oriented. No heavy stress, everyone is understanding. Pay rate is good, lots of room to grow and improve as an employee.

      Cons

      The coffee is slightly lackluster. There seems to be a lot of different departments trying to run the company in different directions (a complaint I hear), but it doesn't affect me.

      ICR Services is a great place to work. Leadership is awesome. Health benefits are very good. Great work environment.
