      * Working exclusively for a famous EDA software and IP vendor. * Flexible working hours. * Sometimes social activities and trips are arranged.

      Cons

      * Low Salaries comparing to other companies. * Bad Facilities. * The annual appraisal depends on the mood of the top management, not on the engineer's performance. * Employees in ICpedia almost can not move to the better companies in the same field in Egypt due to reason will not be written, to not let the top management report this review for the confidentiality :-)
