Working with great staff members who are passionate about the children, unfortunately to many of them have now left.

To much paper work All for show Not enough time to look after the children Unrealistic deadlines File notes are ridiculous Forced to come to work when not well Said that nothing would change yet everything has within months False advertising Rules and regulations prevent you from doing anything Icp management have no idea how to run a Nursery
