Pros
Good perks with company vehicle, expenses paid, etc. Decent salary. They are trying to grow rapidly, so if successful, there are more job opportunities.
Cons
This company has no clear plan, or pull through. They are trying to be a major player in the paint industry but in reality they are only viable in the New England area. No support, no communication, constantly changing directions. Unstable company to work for. Management is constantly changing and they never follow through with their strategy.
