Pros
Very good if you are a fresher in recruitment and want to learn about it. Good work life balance if you can work in evening shifts. Friendly Owner and cooperative, tolerant on mistakes, may be you will feel him being a bit bossy but he is overall nice and understanding
Cons
Low salary, no access to ATS, you cant know if your candidates are placed or not if the owner wont tell you. Lack of clarity, the boss is not neccessarily dishonest but in a company everyone needs a clarity. You can work remotely and can travel if you want.
