Pros

The only positive is that Iconma Hyderabad has decent clients and can be useful for freshers to get initial exposure to recruitment processes and corporate work.

Cons

The office infrastructure is extremely poor and below basic standards. The workplace feels cheap and poorly maintained—carpets are torn and coming off, desks are damaged with exposed parts, and overall the floor looks neglected. Washrooms are in terrible condition, comparable to low-grade public facilities, which is unacceptable for a corporate company. Air conditioning frequently doesn’t work (at least a couple of days every week), making the environment very uncomfortable. Instead of fixing it, management provides a few table fans, which is clearly not a solution. The work culture is equally disappointing. There is a clear lack of ownership—everyone tries to stay in a “safe zone.” When issues arise, leadership blames managers, and managers push the blame onto recruiters. This creates a toxic and pressure-driven environment rather than a collaborative one.

Pros

Professional talent acquisition staff. Efficient with both employee and employer's time. Subcontracting manager was very understanding of my work / life balance as well as career outlook

Cons

No PTO if going to be absent for doctors appointment, etc. Pay could be a whole lot better or at least given a fraction of an allowance worth of PTO.
