      Good work environment with friendly staff for the most part.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely rude and don't know how to treat employees. No compensation for off work hours/over-time. Very clicky, gossip runs rampant, and lots of he said she said.

      Pros

      team members and direct managers are great. They will try their best to get the best for their team.

      Cons

      very poor sr. management. some are uneducated sr. managers( some only have associate degrees) and have director positions. Promotions are based on who you know and not what you know and your qualifications. Sr. managers declines any types of compensation for extra hrs you put in for weeks. directors at this company doesn't even know the definition of respect and Professionalism
