My staff was amazing and my residents were the highlight of my day, running a Pool, Bar and Grille of a private community was such an incredible learning experience.
Cons
The Inconsistencies and lack of communication of upper management, working 70-76 hours a week which in turn makes you not as productive as you should be in running a 700 people a day establishment.
