      friendly work environment, flexible working hours, has a lot of benefits (private health insurance, pension etc), satisfactory in job's nature (refugee field)

      Nice environment, good people, great perks

      Cons

      Physical space separated teams--made it hard to work together on projects sometimes and truly feel like one whole team
