      Pros

      Friendly environment from other staff, challenging work but flexible hours.

      Cons

      No trust of employees from Management, even for senior levels - almost all are treated like children. There is no training whatsoever and though there is a process for everything, it never seems to be followed except when it is convenient.

      In depth training Hands on practice They really want you to learn the role and are eager to help you feel comfortable and valuable.

      Cons

      Maybe my position was too entry level but it was pretty boring. Didn't see a clear trajectory.

      Work life balance and great location.

      Cons

      Pay was just decent. Management was awful! Not technologically innovative. Attempt to manage global project rollouts through Excel.
