      Seniors hand holdings is one of the best pros. Even zonal head is ready to meet the clients with you..they not there just to order you. Learning classes are there.

      Cons

      Internal politics.. for beginners, salary is slight lower, they will not provide you preferred location to work.. only after 2yr you can change
