Pros
ICICI Bank is very competitive & expecting employees to give their best. Employees generally get hikes every year. Apart from salary, they can claim local conveyance for client visits.
Cons
I served ICICI Bank around 9 years. Had never seen a day where work pressure is normal, it's always very high in all departments. Too much of office politics, it's very difficult to survive if you don't learn to live with it. Managers are very un-professional, they are always rude & treat staff very badly. Employees have to follow-up multiple times to get their leaves or any other requests approved by them. No learning opportunities are provided to employees except for self-financed management programs. HR also doesn't support employees, in fact a large of employees had been transferred last year to different states since they had raised voice and complained against their managers. Actually, ICICI bank had indirectly told those employees to leave the bank.
