Pros
My direct report boss and teammates were great. Whiling to always learn new technologies and take input for improvement. Outside of that getting support from other teams, the main contractor or the base was very difficult at best. A task that should take one day would take sixth months for no reason.
Cons
The majority of people working at the main ICI location are incompetent.
