      - remote-first company - the company provides the opportunity to work on various projects or switch projects within the same organization - they are currently expanding rapidly, creating possibilities for career advancement and the acquisition of new skills - great team: the supportive colleagues and experienced experts make working on a joint project a pleasure - despite not being a large corporation, the company offers an international work environment

      Cons

      - working hours are semi-flexible (you are asked to be at work between 11 am and 3 pm) - fast pace of work which not everyone may like

      - High level of ownership and autonomy. - Fully remote and flexible working. - Friendly, supportive colleagues and an enjoyable day-to-day culture. - Opportunity to shape processes and build new functions from scratch.

      Cons

      - Priorities changed frequently, making it difficult to execute long-term initiatives. - Delays and shifting strategic direction often resulted in projects being paused or reworked. - Compensation and benefits were not particularly competitive. - My employment ended very abruptly, and I found the offboarding process lacking in transparency and professionalism. I felt under pressure to sign agreements relating to my notice period, and the process created significant financial uncertainty. - At the time of writing this review, I am still awaiting outstanding payments several months after my employment ended.
