Medium size company, you won't find soul destroying people here who only live and breathe work. Management are reasonable and understand you need a work life balance. There is a great mental health team which organise social events and make sure we get to know one another. People who work here should be happy to muck in when required ICE is not a massive incorporation who have 1000s of people at their disposable. Employees are open and friendly. Graduates are put into a graduate scheme which is comprehensive and fair.
