Pros

Colleagues Parking Views from the Birkenhead offices Managers in the Coventry and Gloucester offices - culture in these is far better than Head Office

Cons

Toxic senior management Poor pay with an expectation of going over and above for no reward and when you don't they turn their 'psychological warfare' on you. You are either with us or against us mentality - akin to a cult or brainwashing As a previous reviewer has stated this is incredibly damaging and takes a long time to get over. They want you to be 'vulnerable to grow' in other words, take your greatest fears and use them to manipulate you.

Pros

A genuinely rewarding place to work with a strong sense of purpose. What stands out most about ICE Creates is the people. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and built around shared values, with everyone working towards making a positive impact for communities, organisations, and individuals. There is a real emphasis on creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, which makes the work both meaningful and engaging. The organisation genuinely cares about wellbeing, personal growth, and creating an environment where people feel valued and heard. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that combines ambitious goals with a people-first approach. Pros: Supportive and friendly team Meaningful, purpose-driven work Opportunities for growth and development Collaborative and creative culture Leadership that encourages innovation

Cons

As with any fast-paced organisation, priorities can occasionally shift quickly, but this also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.

Pros

Really meaningful work with a strong focus on making a difference for real people. Lots of opportunity for growth and development internally, if you are able to flex. Complex projects and interesting workload, no two days are the same so you need to be adaptable and develop your wider skills. But very rewarding!

Cons

Can be fast paced, sometimes lots of change so need to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
