None that I can think of

Cons

Insanely high staff turnover because of micromanagement from both newer and longer installed higher ups. No one is trusted and plans and promises change at the drop of a hat. They will promise flexible working and it'll be taken away for no valid reason. You'll be worked into the ground and expected to just get on with it when they make big changes with no prior warning. It's a shame because a lot of the teams on the ground, service managers etc are really good at what they do.

Pros

Really meaningful work with a strong focus on making a difference for real people. Lots of opportunity for growth and development internally, if you are able to flex. Complex projects and interesting workload, no two days are the same so you need to be adaptable and develop your wider skills. But very rewarding!

Cons

Can be fast paced, sometimes lots of change so need to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
