      Pros

      Family feel type of environment Great place to start your career. The company takes chances on individuals who don't have a lot of experience. Very fun place to work - your colleagues become your family/friends, leadership is overall laid back and the company celebrates anniversaries/successes with employees Great work/life balance Great teamwork

      Cons

      Not very competitive in pay It can be difficult to get promoted/move up You may feel at some point you hit a ceiling

      Pros

      Final project was good, and allowed you to really think outside the box and use the company's resources. Housing is provided and was really good. I was the only guy out of the four interns, so I got my own apartment with garage.

      Cons

      A few dry weeks where there wasn't much to do but talk with other interns. Project can be overwhelming at the start with some of the interns not getting much help.

      Remote work is allowed mostly

      Cons

      Unqualified and clueless managers. Rely on DEI and give DEI a bad name. They take lots of things from vendors and make vendors pay for entertainment which affects claims decisions
