Pros
It's a proprietary ship company owned by Malayalis, too much partiality towards Malayalis, other people can't survive here
Cons
There is no proper communication, there is no planning in the projects, only Malayalis got full salaries during covid , for others they deducted salaries whole year from April. Malayali employees will get extra pay also while working from Home, others if they come to office also will get deducted salaries.
