      - Innovative and always on top of new Cloud Technologies - Collaboration and process improvement is priority - Not your regular MSP, this place is way more than an MSP - Great place to work, nice people to work with - Encouragement for development opportunities - Regular company outings to get together

      - Not much I can think of, the management takes care of anything you might need to feel better about your work environment and yourself

      The work culture is great. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The management is also welcoming to new ideas.

      Cons

      Benifits are not that good. No RRSP offerings. Internal promotion opportunities are very limited.
