I have been wanting to post here for some time, and I could not think of a better time to do so than now since during these unprecedented times, iBwave leadership has gone above and beyond in demonstrating that their employees health and safety is main priority and it has amplified my appreciation for iBwave. I have been working at iBwave for over 5 years and aside from the beautiful new office space, the amazing culture is what keeps my appreciation for iBwave so strong year after year. The amazing benefits and extended health programs that are offered, are a clear indication that they want the best for their employees at all times. The HR Team go above and beyond to ensure employees are heard, understood, well informed and always demonstrate the outmost concern for employees well being. Each department carries great talents that are continuously working hard and innovating in their respective roles and beyond. It is motivating to be part of a company who’s teams can collectively share ideas and work together to improve iBwave as a whole. The Social Committee is always so active in organizing activities that engage the whole company which allows for great synergies throughout the different departments.
