1. HR people wont talk to you during your stay in the company and funny thing they wont even call you even after resignation) 2. Toxic work culture in finance team due to pathetic leadership at the top (they only abuse their team members) resulting in very high attrition in finance teams in the last 9 months . 3. Company still has HR policies of the 19th Century like bell curve appraisal system leading to arbitrary appraisal (attrition is at the roof) and compensation policies are not beneficial for the lower and middle level of employees. All benefits are for senior management who are there for last 15 years+. 4. Management is very confused in its approach, keeps changing polices multiple times and without clear strategy, very opportunistic at times. 5. HR team never approachable and never seen listening to employees 6. Stagnated growth due to slower growth in the travel industry
