Pros

IBN doesn’t not deserve positive feedback…!

Cons

IBN Technologies operates as a middleman, collecting hefty commissions from UK and US clients while deploying Indian professionals at cheap labour rates. They profit significantly from the gap between what foreign clients pay and what Indian employees actually receive. Candidates with international qualifications, global experience, and premium skill sets are deliberately underpaid while the organisation pockets the difference. This is not a partnership, this is exploitation. I want every candidate reading this to take this seriously before investing a single minute of their time with IBN Technologies. I completed 4 full rounds of interviews with 6 people for the Sr. BPE — Income Audit Specialist role supporting their UK client The Newman, London. After all of that, I was rejected not for my capabilities but the IBN did not want to pay me the standard rates for the job role yet wanted me to accept cheap rates. I accepted it and moved on professionally. Their recruiter Nikita Telgu called me back repeatedly over 38 times — confirming that the company and the UK client were extremely happy with my profile, that I was being offered the role plus the responsibility to train their internal team, and that the salary was entirely my call. Pratap Dhere was also aware and involved throughout. Based on these confident, repeated, specific assurances, I made the irreversible decision to decline written offer letters I had in hand from other companies. That is a decision I deeply regret. What followed was weeks of nothing but excuses — “client unavailable,” “confirm by Monday,” “approvals pending.” I requested written confirmation repeatedly. Not a single written commitment was ever provided. Every promise was verbal. Every follow-up produced another delay. An organisation that holds ISO certifications and claims global partnerships has absolutely no excuse for this level of conduct toward candidates. No candidate should ever have to go through this. Indian professionals deserve fair pay, honest communication, and basic professional respect ,not to be used as cheap resources for foreign client profit. Their HR team Nikita Telgu and Pratap Dhere Finance Manager makes false verbal promises to keep qualified candidates on hold, preventing them from accepting other opportunities, while IBN continues negotiating with clients in the background. Indian professionals are treated as bargaining tools - picked up when convenient and dropped without accountability. THIS IS INDIA and IBN STANDARDS…! “Protect your career, your income, and your peace of mind IBN Technologies will take all three without a single word of apology.”
