Pros
The interactive team was the best part of IBM. It was a high-caliber team where everyone worked above and beyond in order to deliver superior results. We had a great culture built by the founders who had been there since the beginning... 22 years.
Cons
Our group had been somewhat immune to typical IBM cuts but in 2018, most of our group was cut in a Resource Action. There was no rhyme or reason for who was cut. They had started the previous year by cutting our founders. They let go the jewels our our organization. There is no justification for that.
