Pros
- Good salary and benefits - Excellent HR service - Big clients to work with - Good portfolio of projects - Collaboration with technical people (possibility to learn more about tech issues)
Cons
- Often, consultants are forced to spend more than half part of the week at the client's office which often results in spending the personal free time in another city, far from home. - Creative positions are not allowed to be creative for real - Over management of BAs and Top Managers on matters they do not really master (e.g. taking decisions that heavily limit technical and creative jobs)
