People... should I say more. Competitive. Nepotism, favoritism. Steady work based on market trends/Contracts.

Work is good, if and when you can get it.

It's a good ol' boys club for all the cool kids. If you're not in the club, work is minimal at best. The people at the hall get paid GF pay and they tell you to "bid aggressively" whatever that means. No work, no benefits, and they live by sales pitch.
