Business outlook
Pros
Innovative, skilled foundry for aerospace specialty items. They have a dedicated workforce. The corporation is addressing past business issues from previous owner/operators.
Cons
Money issues: they constantly beg for additional funds from investors, not profitable yet (there isa good chance but still). They can't seem to plan cash flow and capital outlays well (which causes chaos in the separate business entities). Also benefits basically suck.
