      Great working environment, awful HR - Project Manager IBA Employee Review

      Pros

      - Great colleagues - Great challenges - Great opportunities - Great product

      Cons

      The HR department is quite bad. From the application process, through the internal mobility they have a lack of reactivity. Starting different projects they don't keep the employees updated and often the projects don't deliver, without any information throughout the entire project phase. The advantages proposed are quite limited for the mobility. They are fully focused on the company car which is quite in an opposite view of the B corp certification.

      Pros

      Great technologies, Save life. Overall, European company normally does not treat the US employee as the same.

      Cons

      Poor management, Shift can be changed with prior planning. Service Engineers must take a many difference hats. Identify your potential before apply this type of job after graduated. Seems that you don't learn anything after you took your advance operator. However if you know the full knowledge of the Proton B1 or B1+, then you are not using outside of IBA to enhance your career.
