      Decent Benefits and little else

      Cons

      These people are about as backstabbing and cutthroat as they come. They'll talk about brotherhood and the general good as long as it's good for them, but when you're down and out they'll either kick you or turn their backs and hope you dissppear.

      Pros

      Highly flexible schedule (you get to pick your shifts to an extend, and will never be required to come in when you haven't requested to work that day) Very good and supportive culture Low barrier to entry Strong safety culture Good pay

      Cons

      Work is inconsistent outside of summer Work is scheduled at most a week in advance Seniority system means advancement is slow
